Man of the Year
Hmm.. You read that right. Cam Gigandet is my Man of the Year. Not because I have a really huge crush on him. That would probably be someone else or Chris Tiu hahaha! He's the man of the year because I don't know, I just really like his sense of style here. And I'm so tired of seeing Rob. Not that I don't like Rob, I actually love him. It's just that I want to give some credit to those other Hot actors! Anyways, here are the other reasons why Cam is the Man of the Year.
Reasons:
*He played Volchok in The OC. He was this hot bad boy who influenced Marissa to use drugs. But take note, he was HOT!
*He played this totally hot guy who is like a professional in Krav Mara in Never Back Down. Remember that part where he rippef his shirt off?? Hahaha
*He is in Fall season campaign of Gap, isn't that adorable?? A guy who usually plays bad guys is surrounded by soft sweaters and scarves.
*And of course, he played the hot James. Nuff' said.

We're about to leave 2008 and it is going to be a part of our past. And with 2008, I had to say goodbye to one of my favorite shows, TRL (Total Request Live) I would really miss it. I'll miss Suchin, Time square and even Damien. Now that they already shut down the show and had it's very last episode last Christmas eve, I wouldn't get to see their set in Time Square anymore. Hmm.. I really loved that show. I've always dreamed of becoming a set audience one day or at least be one of those screaming fans outside. Oh well, once and for all, Goodbye TRL!

Merry Christmas!
This bulletin board kept me busy during all those no classes days!! Hahaha Isn't it so cute?! That's in 3d!
Ok so this Christmas I had a little observation. This one is from the streets of Manila
1. Most of the female population are wearing colored skinnies!! Didn't that trend died months ago?? I'm not here to offend it's just that I wasn't expecting it to be like exploding all over manila. (I still wear mine sometimes)
2. If there are colored skinnies, there are colored jumpers!! Now this one is something I'm not so into at all.
3. The ALL STARS wore it, Nike sold it for a short time. But now all I see are stars!!! The fake three stars and a sun is scattered all over manila. It is worn by both young and old male species.
4. I saw no plaids, well except for the colored skinny with check prints on it but still that is not plaid!
I think that's all I saw from the streets of Manila.

Woohoo! It's Taylor! She's on the cover of Cosmo Girl Prom Issue. Oh yeah! She made me remember how near my own prom is. Well it's two months away from now hahaha.. But I gotta prepare as early as now. Taylor doesn't look like Taylor in this magazine. I mean on the cover, she resembles one of the a Playboy bunnies. I can't say that she looks younger in this pic. But in the spread she does look like herself. Though the face looks to white. I love her dresses! The pink dress is soo girly girl and it is quite unusually to see a girl wearing polka dots for prom. The other dress has a gothic lolita feel on it and it is vintage-y hahaha..

Topshop with Top Models.
As I was reading the newspaper last Friday, I saw an ad of Topshop and recognized the face of Karlie Kloss! She's my favorite model! Moving on, I went to Topshop yesterday and stared at the picture and said to myself "That's Karlie Kloss, omg!" But I wasn't that sure if it was her. I also saw the picture of Jourdan Dunn, the Brit-It model. So when I got home last night, I searched the web for a pic to really confirm that it was Karlie Kloss. It is really her! Hahaha.. I just wanted to share.

Oh-M-K!
There's nothing to do now that it's Christmas break so I decided to scan through my magazine collection! Guess what caught my eye again? It is obviously MK Olsen, my one and only style icon hahaha (really?) Anyways, I looked through last December's Nylon whose cover is THE Mary-Kate Olsen. I really love the article about her and of course her pictures in there. It inspires me so I decided to share one of the pics in the mag! Hahaha.. Isn't she fabulous!?? Love the lips though I have to say, those lips are way fuller than her's.

So that's what I wore to my very last Christmas party in high school! It was fun but sad too, knowing that it is the last one. Fun games happened like the amazing race valiants style, celebrity guess and guess what! I was Lindsay Lohan! I wonder where she is now? Anyways, my outfit was inspired by Silver from 90210 and not by Jenny Humphrey! hahaha..

Nailed it!
Pardon my non-photogenic hands and focus on my fabulous nails!!! My nails are to die for because they are naturally long and healthy! hahaha.. I went to Face Shop yesterday and bought that powder blue nailpolish that I soo love but I'm loving the electric blue Elianto more!! I gotta buy me self one!! It totally reminds me of the Ateneo!! I gotta show some prospective spirit! Hahaha.. I'm so loving nail polishes now a days!

Barbie @ 50
Next year, the most famous "IT Girl" turns fifty! But still she hasn't aged! She actually beats Madonna in having make overs and new styles. She's everything a girl wants though of course we would want someone better than Ken (her boyfriend!) He's such a torpe that after 50 years he still haven't proposed to Barbie! Now that Barbie is turning 50, there will be a fashion show in February ( together with the Fall '09 fashion week). They will be showcasing up and coming designers with lifesize outfits that are all inspired by Barbie. Most of all the models are going to wear the classic pink pumps which will be recreated by the infamous Christian Louboutin! (MK Olsen's fave shoe designer!)
*This is such a big thing, as an alumna of Barbie Fan Club Philippines, I surely can't wait for it!

Who needs O.D.M.
Yup you read it right. Who needs O.D.M?? It's like soo lightyears ago! I've been wanting that watch since first year. And it was only last year when I wanted to have one again just because of the limited edition Tim Yap version. But now there's nothing special with it, especially with the fact that cheap faux one are invading the Philippines. So why not go with a cute a go go watch instead!! It's huge too though this one is way better and way cheaper! This watch's face could almost cover my whole arm! hahaha..

I totally missed watching Project Runway!! Even if the Philippine version just finished, still I missed the American version. (I'm not being miss colonial mentality here) This design is Kelli's on the second episode. They used green fabrics meaning it's ecofriendly. I like this design because it looks so young and simple. It looked better on TV than here as a picture. It's didn''t look so flat on the show. I love the bolero thingy going on there and it has an oriental feel in it that suits the oriental model.
P.S.- PR Phil. just had their auditions for the second season.

This just in everybody!!! Taylor and Chace are rumored to be together!! It's about time you guys! Hahahaha.. they were seen smooching at some Christmas party. Though I have to say I love them together. So what if Chace is 23 and Taylor is 15?? Chace looks younger and Taylor looks older. Anyways older guys are hotter. (really???) Moving on, they're better than Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden!

Belle De Jour
It is pronounced as (Bell-duh-zhoor) hehehe.. I just bought my very own power planner last week. It will be great for college! My schedules will be organized and everything. I'll be able to write the events and everything. My first year of college will be documented! The planner's pages are great though I expected it to be more colorful just like my old Lisa Frank planner. But still, it's great. It even has a menstrual tracker. And most of all it has discount coupons!!

This thing kept me busy all day yesterday!!! I've started making teddy bear or shall I saw vodoo bears made out of scrap cloth early this year. Well it became my little business (little like I sold it to my friends!! hahaha). I earned a bit money that helped me buy a red sunglasses from Flywear. But this time, my friends and I decided to resurrect it. In the means of having it as our project in economics. So this is our business proposal! I hope we'll do great on Thursday, when we present it. Aren't these cupcakes cute?? We'll prolly put up a site soon (Though I don't know if we'll really sell these stuff)

The time has arrived. The senior graduation pictorial is tomorrow!! I couldn't believe it! A few years ago I was just a freshman trying to peek in at the senior pictorial to see my crush then now it's my turn! Whahahaha! Too bad we're only having a casual and toga pics. Unlike before, some batches got to have toga, uniform, formal and creative. Oh well, at least we still have casual. I didn't have a hard time creating this outfit. I had concepts in my mind and with the help of Seventeen magazine July ish, (wow! I'm promoting 17!) things got easier! Hahaha..
