Chill Out

Today, I chilled out with my friends at the mall and I really like what I wore. It's so simple and laidback. It was weird that people were looking at me, probably because of the scarf. Well I know that it is summer time though it was cold at the mall!! I feel like, I came out of a Gap ad.

Newsflash: New Trend


Good afternoon everyone, it is 1:30 p.m. in Manila and this crazy news is making me crazy!!! I've seen Mary-Kate Olsen rocking this outfit but I thought it was just her. I mean that's just her style, you know her, she's very out-going when it comes to fashion. Then this morning, I saw this! JustJared twittered it to me!! It's not that bad on Vanessa but come on!! PANTLESS trend?? Even though they are wearing super short shorts still it's like they're wearing boy cut panties!!

These two girls are so different from each other!! I'm supposed to blog about them separately though I thought it would be nice if I put them together.

MK: *she's biking around New York with her boyfriend or rumored bf Nate something.

*She is truly a style icon herself. Though those shades makes her an Ozzy Osbourne look a like!! Only she has blonde hair!

This is a scene in the 24th episode of Gossip Girl season two, "The Valley Girls". This looks a senior prom! So is Gossip Girl doing a JS Promenade?? Btw, the title of the finale this season is "The Goodbye Gossip Girl" so I take back what I said before. Hmm.. I missed seeing Penelope and the other girls.

Whitney Eve



I became a fan of Whitney Port after I got hooked with The City. I started to really like her and look up to her a bit! Hahaha.. So the picture above is a sneak peek to her Whitney Eve Fall '09 collection. Of course, the collection will be less colorful due to the fact that it is fall. The collection has a lot of LBDs, miniskirts and blazers. All in all, it's edgier.

Rain or shine



This outfit was dubbed as the worst rain outfit and Nylon did this!!! If you are going to ask my opinion, I will agree to that. First of all who will wear those crazy wedges in the rain?? I believe that as you step out to the rain you'll slip right away! The raincoat is fine and it's cute that it is studded! Though the stud is pretty much like a stupid thing to place because you'll have droplets of water that will hide them anyways. Lastly who wears ass short shorts in the rain?? Wait, are those even shorts or is she pant-less???

bangles are <3

First and foremost this looks so much better in real life. I'm just really a sucky photographer!!

So much for that. Yesterday I had a shopping trip with my friends at 168. It was our first shopping trip there (I mean all of us together). We had a great time spending our money, looking for some cheap finds and had fun bargaining with the sellers. So there was this store that sells really pretty bangles but damn we're so sure the seller made the price higher for us!!! We left that store and found THESE! Well they're not as great but it is waaay cheaper! We were able to bargain big time! We got them for 35 pesos each!

Street Style


The yearly Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival kicked off last weekend. So here's a few outfits that I fell in love with. At the Coachella, it's just all about arts and music of course. It will give you a lot inspiration. Spotted at the Coachella too, is model Agyness Deyn. I want to say so much about their outfit but I just couldn't find the right words. Anyways a picture says a thousand words. I'm letting them speak for themselves!

headband with treats

Remember I made cupcakes and teddy bears out of scrap cloth?? hehehe.. I do that for a hobby but it also became my project for my economics class. And now. I present to you the boho headband with a treat! hehehe.. I wanted to become a hippie and I have been loving those headbands right before it had a comeback. I simply added the cupcake to give it a unique touch. I braided the thin leather to create this headband.

drawing excercise

Once upon a time, I wanted to be a graphic designer so I practiced drawing when I was in second year. I didn't know how to put shadow and how to make it 3d so I practiced. But I still I couldn't do it. Until the time has come and I wanted to become a fashion designer. Yet again, my drawings are too flat because I do not know how to render. Know here I am again trying to practice drawing and to my surprise it turned out so well. I didn't think I could draw like this! I suck a lot more before.

The Girl with...

A purple, pink and black scarf!! Hahaha if the girl (i forgot her name!!!!) from the shopaholic got a green scarf this is mine! When I become famous this will be my trademark! Christian Siriano's trademark is a vest and his bi-level mohawk, Miranda Priestly's trademark is a white scarf from Hermes and once again, mine is this!! Hihihi! I just bought it from Rockwell. I went there today coz' hell! I have nothing to do and well I needed a 2x2 picture for college. I love my scarf! I can't wait for the cold season coz' I'm hella dying with this heat!

Inspiration : Clown III


I told you that one tiny clown eraser has given me a huge inspiration!!! This is part three. I am so proud of myself. This is my very first official collection!! Bwahahaha! -of DRAWINGS! Hihihi.. I am in love with these. Hopefully one day I will make these to life. I'll just make a line up then cut the clothes and paste it to a model's body. Just for fun and to use the time. Coz' I have time, lots of it!

That clown eraser totally inspired me so here's a part two!! HIHIHI!. I love this one too. These drawing didn't come out so hard though I had a hard time with the coloring. See. It's more of like pink and blue. The colors on the other one is so much better! I like these designs though. I find them more mature.

Bye Gossip Girl?


Well this is supposed to be a promotional for the season finale but I totally disagree with what's in it! First of all it says here the finale will be on April 27 and that is so false. Maybe that was their target date before however the target date now is on May 18. Secondly, the title of the finale is not The Goodbye Gossip Girl. It is entitled The Curious Case of Bart Bass. So maybe this promotional is just fan made. Though I'm wondering if there will even be a season 3??? Like come on! They are graduating high school!! So much for the best TV Show of our generation!!!

I am sooooo dying!!! First of all, my friends are all out of town or out of the country. That's why I'm dying!!!!!! I can't wait for college!!! Darn it! I couldn't even imagine how I survived this kind of boredom in the past summers. So here I made a doodle. I used to make these kind of doodles when I was in second year. I just haven't made one for the past two years. I missed it actually however it is not as good as the ones I used to make.

Pretty Ladies...

and their pretty dresses. I'm not a fan of Taylor Swift however I am a fan of her dress. It has a great neckline and awesome beading details. It suites her so well and I don't think this dress will look great in another color. On the other hand, Blake Lively gives life to this asymmetrical dress. It's something you wouldn't even think of trying on. But look how great it fits her. This dress is something older people would wear, I mean those who are in their early thirties. Both of them are in Teen Vogue's 10 Best Dressed of March.

Taylor Momsen seems to be so busy at the age of 15!!! She's only a freakin' fifteen year old
girl!!! She has Gossip Girl and a band called Pretty Reckless which is going on tour! And
now she's going to collaborate with a hot new designer Jen Kao!! Can this be any crazier??
I just couldn't process it in my mind. There's something wrong with it. I like Taylor Momsen however it seems like she's becoming someone who isn't her at all. I mean she's like this "pretentious rocker".

Inspiration : Clown

Well I decided to find an inspiration and draw outfits out of it. I tried my chocolate pencil box to be the inspiration but it brought nothing. Then I tried to look for something else. I just couldn't find something that is so inspiring. Then it came to me, my clown eraser!! I really love my clown eraser!! It's my partner in erasing mistakes or the pencil sketches I drew. It gave me so much inspiration and it has a lot of bright colors which I totally love. Well of course, I only based my inspiration on my eraser alone and not exactly by clowns. I'm really proud to show you these sketches!
